How To Find Us

For your arrival by train:
From Bochum Hauptbahnhof (Central Station) take the underground U35 towards Bochum Querenburg (Hustadt) and get out at stop "Ruhr-Universität". On weekdays the subway U35 leaves every 5 minutes. Having arrived at the stop Ruhr-Universität, please go upstairs and cross the bridge to the right in direction to the university. The ID-building is white coloured and situated on the left side from your walking direction (5 minutes' walk). The office of Joerg Schwenk is located on 2nd floor, room no. 469.

For your arrival per car:
From north/south via autobahn A1/A43 (direction Hamburg-Cologne) and from east/west via autobahn A40/A44 (Netherlands-Kassel). Drive until junction A43/A44 and leave the autobahn at exit No.19 (Bochum-Querenburg/Ruhr-Universität), then take the Universitätsstraße leading to the Ruhr-Universität. At the second gateway (Fachhochschule, Uni-Ost) leave the Universitätsstraße and turn right on Schattbachstraße, Lennershofstraße and finally I-Nordstraße (building ID).
